Ingredients
- 12 large eggs cold
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices cooked bacon chopped, with 1 teaspoon bacon grease reserved
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped chives divided
