Swedish Christmas Muffins – Recipe Wise

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup wheat germ
• 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 cup mixed glace fruit ( your choosing )
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup butter , melted
