Ingredients

• 1 curry spoon of ghee (Clarified butter)
• 2 litres of high cream milk
• 1 litre long life milk
• 750g carrots grated
• 250g of butter
• 2 curry spoons of ghee (Clarified butter)
• 2 heaped tablespoon Semolina ( Taystee Wheat )
• 1 x 290g tin dessert cream
• 250ml fresh cream
• Grind ½ cup almonds till fine
• 1 ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
• 1 x 385g tin of condensed milk
• ½ cup of sugar
