Ring Doughnuts recipe by Naeema Mia

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup castor sugar
• 4 tablespoon melted butter
• 1 cup buttermilk /sour milk /maas
• 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 4 cups flour
• 4 teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon bicarb soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1.Beat, eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and buttermilk together.
• 2. Add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture to form a soft dough.
• 3.Roll out and cut with a doughnut cutter.
• 4. Fry in medium hot oil till golden
• 5. Dip in warm syrup then in coconut.
• 1 ½ cup sugar
• 1 ½ cup water
• 1 stick cinnamon
