• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup crème fraîche
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup all-fruit apricot jam
• 2 cups fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
