• 200 gms potatoes, diced
• 4 large onions, diced
• 1 cup milk
• 50 gms raisins
• 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
• a few almonds
• oil for cooking
• 1 inch piece of ginger
• 6-8 cloves of garlic
• 2 green chillies
• 2 black cardamoms
• 2 green cardamoms
• 1 tsp peppercorns
• a big stick of cinnamon
• 4 cloves
