Carrot Walnut Cake | Bush Cooking

Ingredients

• 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 2 cups white sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups finely grated carrots
• 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups confectioner's sugar ((icing sugar))
