• 1 tsp. (5 mL) honey
• 2 tsp. (10 mL) cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
• 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1/2 head chicory, torn into pieces
• 2 egg, hard-boiled and quartered
• arugula leaves
• 3 medium cooked beets, peeled and cut into wedges
