Crème Fraîche Chicken - Chefwiz

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 6 skinless (, boneless chicken breast halves)
• ¼ cup of white wine
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 package (8 ounces) of penne or any other pasta
• 1 large white onion (, finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
• 2 packages (8 ounces each) of sliced fresh mushrooms
• 2 cups of creme fraiche
• 3 tbsp of sour cream
• ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
