Ingredients
- 250gm dried penne pasta
- 2 tbls olive oil (or any cooking oil)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 100g of sliced mushrooms
- 100g chopped smoked bacon
- 150g halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400g heinz tomato soup
- 50g single cream
- 8 torn fresh basil leaves
- 80g full fat or half fat mozzarella cheese
