Russian Potato Salad Recipe - Flavoursome Delights
Potato Salad, a staple to be found at many a barbeque or picnic, with perfectly balanced flavours we think you'll find this recipe hard to beat.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes- (we have used Desiree potatoes)
- 3 shallots finely chopped
- 1 tbsp gherkins finely chopped
- 1 tbsp baby capers
- 4 eggs
- 170ml Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Crème Fraiche
- 1 tbsp each of fresh parsley, chives and dill roughly chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
