• 4 Ounces Spanish Chorizo, diced
• 15 Ounces Paella Rice
• 6 Cups Water
• 1 Zucchini, chopped
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
• 2 Teaspoons Kosher Sea Salt Flakes
• Chopped Parsley (Optional), garnish
