• 2 cans (10 oz/284 mL each) condensed beef broth undiluted
• 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) spaghetti sauce
• 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) kidney beans
• 1 cup (250 mL) water
• 1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced carrots
• 1 cup (250 mL) sliced zucchini
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) small shell-shaped pasta
• 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
