• 500g Minced Pork
• 1 large garlic clove, finely grated
• 2 tbsp good-quality breadcrumbs
• 2 tsp ground turmeric
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• ¼ tsp ground mace
• 1½ tbsp local honey
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 sheet of puff pastry (homemade if you like, though good shop-bought versions work well)
• 1 organic egg, beaten
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
