Ingredients

  • 200g pork loin (cut into 2x2cm cubes)
  • 30g red onion (diced into cubes)
  • 30g nectarine (diced into cubes)
  • 30g green granny smith apple (diced into cubes)
  • 30g fresh pineapple (diced into cubes)
  • 30g red capsicum (diced into cubes)
  • 30g green capsicum (diced into cubes)
  • 10g spring onion (sliced to 3cm lengths)
  • 150g Chinese donut stick (sliced to 3cm lengths)
  • 2 cups oil for deep-frying
  • ½ tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp potato starch
  • ½ tsp chicken powder
  • ¼ tsp custard powder
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 50g Chinese fried donut (Youtiao, slice into 3cm pieces)
  • 100g prawn meat
  • 20g ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 25ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 120g Chinese brown sugar slab (peen tong)
  • 30ml water
  • 20g sugar
  • 120g white vinegar
  • 80g tomato sauce
  • A few drops of orange food colouring
