• 1/4 cup tahini
• 3 tablespoons olive oil (or sub water)
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
