• 1/4 Cup Tomato Puree
• 14 Fluid Ounces Canned Chopped Tomatoes
• 3 Medium Carrots, grated
• 4 Cups Chicken Stock, hot
• 1 Tablespoon Kabsa Spice Blend
• 2 1/4 Cups Basmati Rice
• 1/4 Cup Golden Raisins
• 1/4 Cup Natural Sliced Toasted Almonds
