Ingredients

• 1 bottle Country Bob’s Marinade
• 2 lbs. 2 chicken breasts or thighs, cut in 1-inch cubes
• 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 yellow sweet pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 red sweet pepper, seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
• 1 orange sweet pepper, seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
• 1 yellow squash, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 red onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
• 6 mushrooms, cut in half
• 12 skewers
• 1 cup Country Bob’s Original Barbecue Sauce
