• 1 lb ground chicken
• 1 egg
• 1/4 onion, grated or minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs (or use gluten full crumbs if you prefer)
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp Everyday Herb by Outside Table
• 1 tbsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
