Chicken Shepherds Pie | Just A Pinch Recipes
I made this last night for the family and they loved it. I was trying to make something like a pot pie without the crust that was simple.
Ingredients
- 3 - boneless chicken breasts
- 3 bay leaves
- 4 large potatoes
- 4-5 tablespoon(s) butter, divided
- 1/2 cup(s) half and half
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup(s) diced onion
- 3 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz each)
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1 cup(s) frozen peas and carrots
- shredded cheese for topping, optional
