Ingredients

• 1/2 pound bacon, fried and broken into small pieces
• 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
• 1/3 cup Catalina salad dressing
• 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 8 cups baby spinach, torn
• 1 pint grape tomatoes
• 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
