SPINACH AND BACON SALAD

Ingredients

• 1 5 ounce bag fresh baby spinach, ends trimmed
• 1 head romaine lettuce, cut into pieces
• 1/3 cup red onion, minced
• 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 cup slivered almonds
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 6 slices bacon,cooked and chopped
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 3 TB. sugar
