No complicated ingredients! always delicious. So I love cake, and this orange almond loaf cake is one of my favourites and so easy to make - no complicated ingredients!
Ingredients
- 200g plain flour
- 50g ground almonds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 80ml rapeseed oil
- 150ml Califa almond milk
- 175g caster sugar
- Juice from two oranges
- Zest from one orange
- 1 tbsp vinegar
