• 3 tbsp (45 mL) GAY LEA - Salted Butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 onion, small and chopped
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) all purpose flour
• 3 cups (750 mL) HEWITT'S - milk
• 2 cups (500 mL) IVANHOE - Old Cheddar, shredded
• 28 oz (796 mL) canned stewed tomatoes, drained
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) bacon, cooked and crumbled
