Cheeseburger and Fries Soup - Shamrock Farms

Ingredients

• 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
• 1/3 cup diced white onion
• 1/3 cup diced celery
• 2 quarts water
• 4 medium potatoes, diced
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1/3 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic
• 1 tablespoon chicken base (paste)
• 2 teaspoons parsley
• 1/2 cup diced tomato
• 1 can (12 ounces) cheese soup or sauce
• 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• Cornstarch (if desired)
