Wakame Seaweed Salad with Yuzu Miso Dressing
Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit similar to lemon but slightly sweeter in flavour. This recipe consists of a delicious wakame seaweed salad complete with yuzu miso dressing.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Yutaka Wakame Seaweed
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 3-4 heads lettuce, shredded
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 3 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 1 tsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
- 1 tsp Yutaka Mirin
- 3 tsp Yutaka Yuzu Citrus Seasoning
