• 2 yukon gold potatoes, washed, dried, peeled and thinly sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
