• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder
• ¼ cup finely chopped coriander
• 1 small onion
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon chana flour
• 1 ½ teaspoon oil
• Grated cheese (Gouda in 🇿🇦and coloured mature cheddar in 🇬🇧)
