Vegan Dollhouse - Vegan 4th of July Cake

Ingredients

• zest from 5 lemons
• ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (~3 lemons)
• 1 ½ cups nondairy milk
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or sub white vinegar)
• 3 cups unbleached white flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 cups sugar
• ⅔ cup sunflower oil
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• ½ cup vegan sprinkles mixed with ½ teaspoon flour until thoroughly coated
