• 1 chicken (cut into pieces, wash, drain and then marinate)
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon chilli
• ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• ½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder
• ¼ teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1 teaspoon butter
• Potatoes (peeled, washed and sliced into wedges)
