Ingredients
- Add in 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red masala
- 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
- Add in 1½ kg chicken pieces or fillets
- 1 tablespoon crushed chillies
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
- ½ tablespoon rustenburg chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo
- ½ tablespoon arad (Turmeric)
- Few drops saffron essence
- Allow to cook
- Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes 🍅
- ½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree
- 250ml fresh cream
- Add in fried potatoes
- A handful fried onions
