Ingredients

• 2 cups rice, rinsed well
• 1 cup tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped

• ⅔ cup olive oil plus ¼ cup for drizzling the stuffed leaves
• 1 lemon, squeezed
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 pound grape leaves
