Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Bake - Faxo

Ingredients

• 3 large chicken breasts, cut across in half horizontally, making 6 thin cutlets
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 T. olive oil
• 4 T. butter, divided
• 8 oz. cremini mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• flour for dredging the chicken
• 2 T. flour
• 1/2 c. dry sherry
• 1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
• 6 slices Muenster cheese
