Ingredients

• 500 g dried farfelle pasta
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 500 g chicken breast strips
• 1 (80 g) small onion, finely chopped
• 200 g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
• 1 medium (200 g) zucchini, halved lengthways and sliced
• 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp. plain flour
• 300 ml cooking cream
• 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 2½ cups (250 g) Perfect Italiano™ Perfect Bakes cheese
• Salt and pepper, to taste
