Cherry Tomato Basil Bruschetta - The Land Connection

Ingredients

• 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
• 1 bunch Fresh Basil (approximately a handful, chopped or torn)
• 1/4 cup Olive Oil (1/8 cup for tomato mixture and the rest for brushing bread)
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
• 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 clove Garlic (peeled and left whole)
• 1 Baguette
