Ingredients
- Mixed greens (whatever you like)
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 TBSP Lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Rice vinegar
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
