• 750g diced beef
• 350g mixed mushrooms
• 1 large onion
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 5 cloves minced garlic
• 2 carrots cut into 1inch pieces diagonally
• 2 potatoes quartered
• 365ml veal glace
• 2 tbsp Mutti tomato paste
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 sprigs thyme
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
