• 20 g concentrated tomato paste

• 300 g peas
• 150 g long grain rice
• 300 g baby corn, halved with a diagonal cut, steamed and chilled
• 500 g Idaho russet potato
• 3 g salt
• 200 g queso blanco or creamy cow milk cheese
• 1 g oregano leaves
• 8 tPcs quail eggs
