Raspberry filled bear claws - Astray Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 cup Milk
• ¼ cup Brown sugar, packed
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• ¼ cup Butter
• 1 teaspoon Sugar, granulated
• ¼ cup Warm water
• 1 pack Active dry yeast (or 1 T.)
• 1 cup Rolled Oats
• 2 teaspoons Orange zest
• 3½ cup All purpose flour
• 1 Egg
• 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
• ⅔ cup Raspberries cooked down to a Sauce (add sugar to taste)
