Ingredients

• 2 packages (14.1 ounces each) refrigerated pie crusts (4 crusts)
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs lightly beaten
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) melted butter
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 1 cup (250 ml) finely chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) miniature chocolate chips
• 36 pecan halves
