Ingredients

• Cornmeal
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 cup butternut squash, diced
• 1 medium Idaho® russet potato, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• 2 sheets frozen puff pastry
• 1 egg, beaten and mixed with a splash of water for eggwash
