• ⅓ cup white sugar
• ⅓ cup light brown sugar
• 2½ tsp cinnamon
• ¾ cup currants or raisins, plump in hot water, then drain (Optional) Glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 to 3 TBSP water
• ¾ tsp vanilla
