Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2/3 cup Crisco
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 Tablespoons orange juice or 7 Up
• 1 cup sugar (note: For butterscotch pie, use brown sugar instead of white sugar)
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups milk
• 3 egg yolks, beaten
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 egg whites
• 6 tablespoons of sugar
