• 1 onion chopped
• 1 green bell pepper chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
• 1/2 lb. bacon

• Put fillets in aluminum foil, cover with vegetables, bacon and seasoning. Wrap entire contents up tightly and cook on the barbecue grill until done to your perfection. Cook for approx. 1/2 hour.
