• 1 ½ cups sugar
• ⅔ cup sunflower oil
• 1 ¾ cups brewed coffee
• ¼ cup french vanilla coconut creamer
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 package silken tofu
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• ¼ cup nondairy milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 bag (12 ounces) vegan chocolate chips
• ½ cup vegan butter or margarine (if you avoid soy, buy the soy-free earth balance; otherwise buy the organic whipped earth balance)*
• 1 package (8 oz) vegan cream cheese (I like kite hill)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 4 cups organic powdered sugar (sifted)
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (garnish)
