Ingredients

• 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 300g (10 oz.) box chopped frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
• 24 mini tart shells, thawed
• 1 egg, beaten with a fork
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
• Salt, pepper and onion/garlic powder to taste
