Snow Day Soup – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 lb ground pork sausage
• 3 tablespoons Fustini's 12 Year White balsamic
• 1/4 - 1/2 cup Chianti or red wine
• 4 cups (32 oz) Chicken broth
• 2 cups fresh spinach, lightly chopped, stems removed
• 2 - 14 oz. cans diced tomatoes
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice Blend
• 1 - 18 oz. pk frozen cheese tortellini
• 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese for garnish
