Creamy Beet Soup

Ingredients

• 10 cups of Beef stock or Vegetable
• 1 large Potato
• 4 Medium Beets, sliced
• 1 - 540 ml can of kidney beans
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 1 tbsp White Sugar
• 1 tbsp Tomato paste
• 1 tbsp Onion powder
• 6 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Seasoning Salt
• SERVE
• 2 tbsp Sour Cream (Full fat)
