Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 30g/1oz smoked eel fillet (optional)
- handful of chives
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp double cream (optional and certainly not traditional)
- 4 slices of streaky bacon
- 15g/½oz butter
- 1 tomato (or 3 cherry tomatoes)
