• 8 chicken drumsticks (skinless lime wedges to garnish)
• Jamaican jerk baste
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 onion (very finely chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 red chilli (seeded and chopped)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground allspice
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 lime (zest and juice)
